Voiceless Women

"Voiceless Women" – A Powerful Call to Action

NGO NEWLIVES, in collaboration with NGOs across Europe, launched the short but incredibly powerful film Voiceless Women. The film exposes the dehumanization that women in prostitution endure, shedding light on the harsh realities of sex slavery.

Set against the backdrop of the dark web’s "TrustPilot" for prostitution, the film features men reading real reviews of prostituted women—while a group of undressed, vulnerable women silently endure their words. This stark contrast delivers an unflinching portrayal of the cold and degrading perception of women in prostitution.

The impact was undeniable. Voiceless Women swept major awards, winning six titles at Denmark’s TRUE AWARD, including Best Film of the Year 2019 and Best Direction. It also won Silver Lion at Cannes Film Festival among 1,186 entries from 52 countries, plus numerous accolades at EUROBEST, CLIO HEALTH, and the IMPACT Awards in the U.S.

With its raw storytelling and unfiltered truth, Voiceless Women is not just a film—it’s a A wake-up call.
